Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub after a day of exploring. The location is perfect for a local vibe, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious. Registering for the hotel’s member program was a smart move. it made everything smoother.

Arrived to a bathroom that hadn't seen proper cleaning, with hair scattered around and crumbs hiding in the corners. A used condom discovered under the bed wasn't the highlight of my stay, and the décor felt dated and shabby in areas. The elevators also posed an issue. only two of four were working, which was a hassle during peak times. Daily cleaning could definitely use a review. I found leftover trash and a dirty kettle waiting for me.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the spa & wellness center. During my first visit, the staff kindly returned my forgotten hairbrush. I also had an excellent experience with the concierge, who was so helpful. Highly recommended for relaxation. I'm coming back soon!
